Sean + Jenava Ostrander

Sean & Jenava are two of the sweetest soft spoken but loud loving people! They are truly beautiful inside and out, like seriously they should be on the cover of a magazine, so beautiful! From start to finish this day was all around beautiful, but I will never forget the sweetest most intimate end to the night. As we were waiting upstairs, the Ostranders and I were the last few in the building getting ready for their grand exit and they finished with playing the sweetest melodies on the piano, it was soo sweet, my heart melted, I will never forget that moment! I hope you enjoy every moment as they remember their day!

Jenava what do you remember about your wedding day?

I loved that all of my "worlds" were together. Having my family, Sean's family our friends and mentors there with us to celebrate was so special. Our ceremony was really special because Sean's brother Ronny married us and it was his first wedding to officiate. I feel like I remember a lot of the wedding day and I love that! I think it's because it was so easy-going and enjoyable.

WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU HAVE LEARNED HAVING YOUR WEDDING AND WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO ANOTHER BRIDE LOOKING FOR WEDDING ADVICE?

I would tell the bride to relax. There is so much that goes into a wedding and planning is extremely important but somehow weddings have this way of magically working out beautifully in the end. Also, be sure to DO what you want to do. Don't be pressured by anyone else! It's your day!

what have you learned being married for over 3 months now? what advice would you give to a couple prepping for marriage and single wanting to be married?

I would encourage couples to go through some sort of marriage counseling. It was one of the best things Sean and I decided to do before getting married. Counseling forced us to realize why we did certain things in our communication. Also, you need to laugh and laugh often together. Joy in a relationship is so important and telling the other person how you feel about things will strengthen your friendship.

Lastly Jenava, WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEAL YOU and sean HAVE made AS A MARRIED COUPLE?

A favorite recipe so far has been "Ground beef stuffed green bell peppers topped with cheese". Super simple to make and is a perfect portion of food. We made some white rice as a side.

What a privilege it is to document such a sacred and intimate moment in two peoples life. I will cherish it forever.

Thank you and many blessings Jenava + Sean!
